"Pretty disappointing when it showed up"
I was kind of bummed when the hat arrived because it was crushed and looked like it had been handled rough. Not the best feeling opening the package and seeing it in that shape.

I was hoping there would be a better variety of hat styles, but most of them looked pretty much the same to me. The selection felt kind of boring, and it was hard to find anything that stood out. After I paid, I also started feeling a little unsure about the whole purchase, like maybe I should’ve looked around more before trusting it.

"Didn’t Fit Me Right at All"
I ordered my usual size, so I expected this hat to fit me normally, but it was just off. It felt tight on the sides of my head while somehow being loose in the front, which made it sit really weird on me. I don’t feel like dealing with the return for something this small, but I definitely won’t be buying one from here again.
"Wouldn’t count on their delivery timing"
I ordered something from them and it ended up showing up later than expected. The tracking was basically stuck for days, which was frustrating because I kept checking it like that was going to magically help. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a pickle straight from the jar when it finally updated. Anyway, it did arrive, but I wouldn’t use them for anything I actually need by a certain date

"Return process is a total mess"
I sent my return back ages ago and still haven’t seen a refund. The whole process has been slow and annoying, and these guys don’t seem to have it together at all.

"Not a lot to pick from..."
I was hoping there’d be way more to choose from!!! The selection felt limited, and a bunch of the styles I actually liked were either totally missing or only left in odd colors/sizes?? If you’re just looking for a super basic hat, maybe it’s fine... but I didn’t really find much that felt worth buying. Kinda disappointing, honestly!!!

"Hat was pretty much as described"
I ordered a hat from Hatcountry, even though I usually stick with another brand I’ve bought for years, so I was a little unsure about switching things up. Thankfully, it showed up looking close to the photos, and the sizing info was actually helpful enough that I picked the right fit.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that the material felt just a tiny bit different than I expected. Not bad at all, just not quite what I’m used to from my usual go-to. Overall though, no real surprises, and I’d consider ordering from them again...

The hat seems real and looks good in person. Shipping took longer than I expected tho, so that was kinda annoying. Overall not bad, just not a perfect experiance

"Am I the only one who had trouble with the discount code?"
Am I the only one who went to hatcountry because of a promo code and then couldn’t actually use it? I found a hat I liked, added it to my cart, and when I got to checkout, the discount just wouldn’t apply.
I even tried another code that was listed on their own site, and that one didn’t work either. There wasn’t really any clear explanation, just a vague “not valid” message, which was frustrating after spending time browsing.
The hats themselves might be totally fine, but the promo situation felt a little misleading to me. I ended up closing the page and not buying anything

The hat arrived in this flimsy little box with barely any padding, and one side was bent by the time I opened it. I don’t know why this even has to be explained over and over, but if someone pays a decent amount for a hat, it should be packed well enough to not get smashed in shipping. Frustrating.

"Nice hat, maybe runs a bit small"
I picked up a hat from Hat Country it feels like a good one. The material has a solid feel to it, and the stitching looks clean enough that I’m guessing they don’t just rush these out, though I obviously don’t know that for sure. It definitely doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel, which was a nice surprise.
The only thing that kept it from being perfect for me is the fit. It felt a little tighter than I expected, so maybe their sizing runs slightly small, or maybe I just got one that’s a touch snug. Either way, it’s still wearable, and the shape holds up well. I’d probably buy from them again

The prices were okay overall, not the cheapest I came across, but not totally unreasonable either, haha. The shipping cost did make it feel a little less like a great deal, though. Still, the selection was decent, so it wasn’t a bad experience.

"Hard to Trust the Inventory Now"
The site said the item was in stock, so I went ahead thinking I was good to go. Turns out it wasn’t actually available. Frustrating, and it makes it hard to trust their inventory listings now.

"Shipping took forever and the timing was confusing"
I ordered from Hatcountry thinking it would go out quickly, but then it just seemed to sit there for days. i couldn’t really tell what was happening because the tracking barely updated, and the dates kept making me second-guess whether it had even shipped or not.
By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t need it anymore, which was super annoying. Maybe I misread the timing at some point, but either way it felt way slower than expected, so I wouldn’t count on it if you need something for a trip or event.

"Looks okay, but feels cheap"
The hat looked fine at first, but once I picked it up, the fabric felt really thin and cheap. It didn’t feel like it would hold up well, and that part was weird because it looked better in the pictures. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money

I’ve ordered from HatCountry a few times now, so I expected a little better when I ran into an issue. Instead, I kept getting short replies that didn’t really help, and on top of that, I had to keep verifying things over and over like they had no record of me at all. It got frustrating fast. It feels like new customers get more attention than people who’ve already spent money there more than once. Just really disappointing after trying to stick with them.

The cart kept glitching on me, and the payment page took way too long to load. I tried twice and then kinda just gave up. Overall, not a great checkout experience.

I don’t remember every little detail about the order, but I do remember feeling annoyed while trying to place it and then thinking it really wasn’t worth what I paid. Maybe there were a couple parts that were fine, but nothing stood out enough for me to want to order from them again...
